When
Sundays, September 13 - October 11
- 9:30am - 11am - Girls U8, U10, & U12
- 11am - 12:30pm - Boys U8 & U10
- 12:30pm - 2pm - Boys U12 & U14
Practices
Our teams will practice on Sundays before their in-house scrimmages.
Games
Each team will play in-house scrimmages after practice on Sundays from September 13th - October 4th.
Where
Fall practices and in house games are held locally in St. Paul, typically on the turf field at Cretin-Derham Hall (St. Paul).
Uniforms
To reduce costs, returning players will wear their uniforms from summer 2026.
New players must purchase a uniform via registration! Cost is $50.
Tournament
All of our teams will play against other associations in a fun, end of season tournament!

What if my kid has never played lacrosse before?
We love new players! All are welcome.
Do we need to have our own lacrosse equipment?
Yes! All players are required to source their own equipment for Fall League. You can find more information about the equipment required for both boys and girls lacrosse under the Resources section of our website.
Does my kid really need a USA Lacrosse Membership?
Yes, a USA Lacrosse Membership is required for participation in both Capital City Lacrosse and the Great Pumpkin Shootout Tournament. This is required for insurance reasons.
Do you need help coaching?
Yes! Please indicate your interest in volunteering as a Coach during registration.
